Summary
The purpose of this study is to look at weight training workouts using moderate intensity or weight level (i.e. 70% of maximum intensity) and higher training intensities or weight levels (i.e. 90% of maximum intensity), and how those workouts might cause changes in blood sugar levels.
Description
The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of resistance training protocols with moderate intensity and higher training intensities on the magnitude of change in blood glucose levels from pre- to post-exercise
