With the advancement of technology, more and more genome-wide genetic data are available. However, the development of statistical methods lags far behind the generating of data. Therefore data from genome-wide studies contain rich information that is far from being fully retrieved and utilized. The purpose of this research is to reanalyze the existing data using new statistical methods.
