Summary
The purpose of this study is to determine if suboptimal energy and/or protein intake of >6,000kcal and/or >300g protein over 14 days in previously well-nourished hospitalized ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke patients impact discharge placement to sub-acute or long-term care compared to those with no energy or protein deficit as assessed by estimating energy and protein needs, actual delivery of nutrients, and discharge destination.
