The purpose of this study is to assess the correlation between third year medical students' stress, use of mental skills in practice and performance situations, and clinical performance during an Acute Care Team Simulation (ACTS), and to study the effectiveness of a comprehensive mental skills training curriculum to reduce students' stress and enhance performance.
