The purpose of this study is to determine the prevalence of gestational diabetes mellitus in a Kenyan population, develop an accurate risk score based on easily obtainable risk factors to stratify women at risk of GDM in this population, and determine if what kind of screening strategy would be cost-effective in Kenya.
