Summary

The purpose of this study is to incorporate IMPACT expertise into routine care of high risk newborns will lead to decreased moral distress of staff, improved attitudes towards palliative care by the NICU staff, increased NICU consultation of the palliative care service, and shortened length of stay for these newborns.
