Summary
The purpose of this study is to identify pre-transplant PFT parameters that will predict pulmonary complications and mortality post HSCT in pediatric patients; to evaluate if DLCO/VA adjusted for hemoglobin using the Dinakara equation of the Cotes equation will be predictive of pulmonary complications and mortality following HSCT in pediatric patients; and to evaluate the predictive value of the HCT-CI for pulmonary complications follwing HSCT in our cohort and to evaluate the effect on the HCT-CI when using the Cotes equation.
Description
