Summary
The purpose of this study is to determine whether increasing fetal exposure to antenatal BMZ is associated with improved lung function as a neonate, as well as improved lung function and reduced repiratory morbidity in the first year of life; and to determine whether the infant's genomic profile for BMZ metabolism is a determinant of lung function as a neonate, as well as improved lung function and reduced respiratory morbidity in the first year of life.
Description
The purpose of this study is to determine whether increasing fetal exposure to antenatal BMZ is associated with improved lung function as a neonate, as well as improved lung function and reduced repiratory morbidity in the first year of life; and to determine whether the infant's genomic profile for BMZ metabolism is a determinant of lung function as a neonate, as well as improved lung function and reduced respiratory morbidity in the first year of life.
