The purpose of this study is to evaluate a behavioral intervention aimed at replacing sedentary behavior with light physical activity in veterans who have Fibromyalgia. Fibromyalgia is a condition characterized by widespread pain and fatigue, often making physical activity challenging.
Participants in this study will engage in a program that encourages light physical activity instead of sedentary behavior. The study will monitor how feasible this intervention is for veterans, assessing both the physical and behavioral changes over time.
- Who can participate: Veterans aged 18 and older diagnosed with Fibromyalgia are eligible to participate.
