The purpose of this study is to determine whether LY3074828, a humanized immunoglobulin G4 (IgGa)-variant monoclonal antibody that is directed against the p19 subunit of interleukin 23 (IL-23), is safe and efficacious in subjects with moderate to severe Crohn's disease.
