Summary
The purpose of this study is to collect data about daily activities and blood glucose levels, to see if we can identify specific factors that are most closely linked to changes in blood glucose.
Description
The purpose of this study is to test the acquisition and integration of patient-centered data sources, explore the data to look for correlates of blood glucose levels, and develop and test an intervention designed to lower the risk of hypoglycemia.
