The purpose of this study is to assess the effectiveness of coaching at enhancing the technical performance of MIS/bariatric surgeons at Indiana University; to assess the effectiveness of coaching at improving nontechnical performance of MIS/bariatric surgeons at Indiana University; and to assess the effectiveness of coaching at improving teaching skills of MIS/bariatric surgeons at Indiana University.
