Summary
The purpose of this study is to explore how the factors of price and quality influence people in eldercare institutions use and adopt SARS. Also, we plan to understand the similarity and difference of the effects the two SARs bring as a social companion. In the end, we also want to know about whether the institutions will get an SAR after trying both robots.
