Summary
The purpose of this study is to understand whether persons with Darier-White or Hailey-Hailey Disease have any changes in the way their bodies secrete insulin and process glucose.
Description
The purpose of this study is to enroll participants with Darier-White disease and Hailey-Hailey disease for more detailed studies of their in vivo metabolic physiology, directly assessing their beta cell function using hyperglycemic glucose clamp methodology.
