Summary

The purpose of this study is to determine how well the investigational product works to prevent, relieve, and reduce muscle cramps in patients with ALS, PLS, or PMA.

Description

The purpose of this study is to determine if Chemical Neuro Stimulation of TRPA1 and TRPV1 ion channels may inhibit spinal cord alpha motor neuron hyperexcitability and thereby prevent, relieve and/or reduce muscle cramps in subjects with MND.
