The purpose of this study is to identify reasons behind denture and crown remakes and assess the quality of fabricating denture at the Indiana University School of Dentistry (IUSD) clinics. The short term goal of this project is to develop a system to extract reasons behind denture failure or remakes automatically from the electronic dental records at IUSD.
