The purpose of this study is to assess the optimal surgical treatment in patient with spina bifida by evaluating three different groups: 1- Patients undergoing spinal detethering as part of spine deformity surgery. 2- Patients undergoing detethering before spine deformity surgery, specifically within 3 months 3- Patients not undergoing any detethering, with only spine deformity surgery
