Summary

Using the data infrastructure of both the INPC and SECBC, we are proposing to conduct a 10 year retrospective cohort study to accomplish the following aims:

Specific Aim 1: Use the INPC structured data to develop a multivariable, validated and scalable model to identify the 5 and 10-year early prodromal ADRD signatures.

Specific Aim 2: Use the INPC structured and unstructured data via natural language processing to develop a multivariable, validated and scalable model to identify the 5 and 10-year early prodromalADRD signatures.

Specific Aim 3: Use the INPC structured and structured data and the patient and informal caregiver reported symptoms from the SECBCI data to develop a multivariable, validated and scalable model to identify the 5-year early prodromal ADRD signatures.
