- Not Recruiting
Summary
The purpose of this study is to describe the current STAT medication process at Riley Hospital for Children at IU Health. We will be evaluating the type of medications that are ordered as STAT and the time it takes for order processing, from prescribing to administration. We also plan to retrospectively evaluate whether these orders are appropriately ordered as STAT medications. We hypothesize that a significant portion of STAT orders may not be appropriate.
