Prospective and retrospective sample collection of de-identified, residual raw (untreated) stool and stool in Cary-Blair media. Samples collected in this protocol and retrospective samples collected separately will be tested under this protocol with the Gen Mark GI Panel and comparator methods to support a clinical trial.
