Summary

The purpose of this study is 1) To determine the overall rate of successful His-bundle lead placement at the time of implant of CRT, and 2)To assess the impact of HBP versus CS pacing on acute and mid-term outcomes. Acute outcomes include incidence of periprocedural complication and change in QRS duration pre-and post-pacing.
