Summary
We are interested in creating a short scale that measures the extent to which people believe that either (a) prejudice happens now, that it is still a problem in contemporary society, or (b) prejudice is something we have largely overcome, that it's no longer a problem in society.
This study will help us determine whether the measure we're developing is valid, reliable, and distinct from other prominent measures of prejudice. This study will also help us determine if our scale predicts outcomes of interest better or worse than the scales currently being used.
