Summary
We propose an innovative collaboration to link three existing, independent data systems to create a new, unique longitudinal and epidemiologic database that combines birth certificate, contextual-level and health outcomes data, to broadly identify obesity risk factors in the first 1,000 days (e.g., between conception and 24 months of age) and to track obesity-related outcomes among infants and toddlers in Marion County, Indiana.
