This study hopes to identify any patterns in the manner and frequency that hospital personnel, specifically social workers, report women to the Department of Child Services (DCS) for testing positive for isolated THC (marijuana screening) during their pregnancy and the outcomes of such reporting on the likelihood of protective custody being initiated upon delivery.
