Development and formative evaluation of the Opioid Epidemic Management dashboard

  • STATUS
    Not Recruiting
Updated on 19 February 2024

Summary

We are currently in the process of developing a novel dashboard for helping manage the opiate epidemic. This dashboard will visualize data relevant to the epidemic, such as clinical laboratory results, overdose incidents and deaths from drug overdoses. We are working with a set of partners, including the Indiana Management Performance Hub, the Marion County Health Department and Allegheny County Department of Health, to develop features and functionality of the dashboard. As we design and implement the dashboard, we will evaluate how target users use the system. To do so, we will use direct observations of system use by an observer.
