Summary

The aim of this study is to investigate the clinical outcomes of all patients admitted to a Level 1 trauma center (Methodist Hospital) with the diagnosis of blunt thoracic aortic injury. The study will primarily look into the various treatment modalities and interventions (including non-surgical, open-surgical, and endovascular) that were performed over the study time period and investigate outcomes as well as the change in practice/treatment patterns over time.
