The objective of the proposed study is to determine the agreement between the test results from the Simplexa? VZV Direct and results from direct staining of cells (DSFA) and culture isolation with culture staining (DFA), based on a collection from leftover human mucocutaneous and cutaneous lesion swab specimens that have been unprocessed.
