Summary
The purpose of this study is to examine students' perceptions of English e-learning classes and how the local culture influence students' participation in English e-learning classes, in order to find out how to improve the e-learning program to better support students' learning. Specifically, the study will focus on primary school students who participate in an e-learning program provided by a Chinese educational NGO named Voluntary Teaching 2.0.
