Linkage and engagement in care of HIV+ children and adolescents

Summary

This study will make use of these existing data to conduct retrospective observational analyses of engagement in care and mortality among HIV-positive children and adolescents identified through home-based counseling and testing (HBCT) for three high HIV burden catchments. In addition we prospectively traced a random sample of HIV-positive children and adolescents identified through HBCT who according to our data are not linked to care, for one catchment only.
