Summary
This is a retrospective chart review of patients with leukemia who have experienced sepsis/septic-like events. The chart review will consist of analysis of progress notes, vital signs and labs to determine the course of illness and if it is consistent with immune dysregulation. By describing chemotherapy induced immune dysregulation in this population I will shed light on this subject to better help clinicians diagnose this fatal disease earlier.
