Summary
Laboratory sites will test fresh and frozen residual, deidentified, raw stool clinical samples preserved in Cary-Blair received for microbial or parasite detection. This protocol describes the process for testing these clinical samples to evaluate the performance of the QIAstat Gastrointestinal Panel Assay using the QIAstat Analyzer.
