Summary
We have identified that some patients with pulmonary hypertension (PH) may have a higher level of genetic changes in their blood cells than controls. The goal of this study is to understand why this happens, and if it is a consistent finding across different types of PH. We are also looking at normal genetic variation to see if certain common and rare variants associate with risk of PH.
