Summary
We intend to prospectively study the clinical and microbial outcomes of fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) in patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) who also have recurrent clostridium difficile infections (CDI). The overall objective of the study is to collect quality data and create a tissue and data bank to understand the effects FMT has on this unique population of IBD patients.
