Summary
The purpose of this study is to understand how the healthy eye functions, how disease affects the eye, locate which parts of the eye have been affected by disease, detect eye disease early, and evaluate treatment for disease.
Description
The purpose of the project is to study the relation of structure and function in the living, human retina, with particular emphasis on aging, age-related maculopathy, age-related macular degeneration, retinal vascular diseases including diabetes, and related eye conditions in adults and children.
