Summary
The purpose of this study is to establish an international web-based registry of patients that seeks to clarify the clinical presentation, course, diagnostic studies, and histologic variations among patients with aHUS and MPGN, as well as to extend a more in-depth molecular diagnostic evaluation of the complement system (on a research basis) in patients with positive clinical work-up findings.
Description
