Summary
The purposes of this study are to: 1) describe the development and implementation of the pharmacist-managed OPAT program at EH; 2) describe performance improvement measures that have been documented by the OPAT program at EH; and 3) evaluate the incidence of adverse drug events and line complications in patients receiving parenteral antimicrobial therapy through the OPAT program at EH.
Description
